Return Policy: At A to Z Prepper Store LLC, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, it may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date, provided it meets the criteria outlined below. If your return exceeds $75 in value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. A to Z Prepper Store LLC is not liable for returned items that are lost in transit.

Shipping Costs for Returns: Unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item), you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable): Please note that refunds apply only to regularly priced items. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds. For orders that included free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, except in cases where the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
